What you should know... 

Every adult should do some sort of physical activity every day maintain their overall wellbeing and health. NHS recommends to do at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise a week. However, our research shows that  working adults exercise less often than younger people and one third of working adults does not meet the weekly recommendation. It is scientifically proven that lack of exercise can contribute to numerous health problems including increased blood pressure, obesity, other cardiovascular diseases and even depression. 

 

Our team  tried to see why we accepted this stereotypical picture of working  adults sitting in their offices all day without any physical activity. We asked several adults aged between 20-67 to give us their reasons of what prevents them to engage more with physical activities in their daily lives. 

 

Our research showed that around 51% feel like time is what prevents them to exercise more and around 38% thinks that they lack motivation to start. 

 

Our technology and app provide solution for both of this problems. We will help you to implement more activity to your working schedule and show you that there is always time to do som exercise. 

 

By following our suggestions you can easily hit your recommended weekly target and even more. Having 150 minutes of exercise helps to regulate your blood pressure and you can prevent these negative conditions and avoid a need to take additional medication in the future. Research also shows  regular physical activity can improve your mental health and improve your mood.
